Hypnotherapy is a natural and deeply relaxing state of focused attention.

In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive change. We work with your subconscious mind — where habits, beliefs, and emotional responses are formed — to gently shift patterns and support lasting change in a way that feels calm and manageable.

You remain fully in control throughout, and everything is guided at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Most people begin to notice positive changes almost immediately, with many clients benefiting from between three and six sessions depending on what they would like to work on.

Individual Session

A 60 minute session, tailored to your needs, including anxiety, stress, confidence, or habits you would like to change.

Each session is calm, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more in control and able to move forward.

Your initial session is 90 minutes, allowing us the time to explore what has brought you here and what you would like to achieve.

We will begin to gently understand the patterns or challenges you may be experiencing, before moving into a tailored hypnotherapy session.

This extended time ensures you feel comfortable, heard, and supported, while allowing us to start creating meaningful change from the very beginning.

Series of Five

A series of five 60-minute sessions, designed to support more consistent and lasting change.

Working together over a number of sessions allows us to go deeper, gently addressing patterns at their root and creating space for meaningful progress over time.

This option is well suited if you are ready to commit to yourself and would benefit from ongoing support and continuity.

Hi, I’m Vicky, a qualified hypnotherapist based in Tunbridge Wells.

I support women who are ready to feel calmer, more in control, and more like themselves again.

Modern life can feel full and demanding — particularly when you are balancing work, family, and the quieter expectations you place on yourself. It’s not uncommon to appear as though you are coping on the outside, whilst feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface.

My introduction to hypnotherapy came from a personal place, using it to overcome a fear of flying. Experiencing that shift first-hand gave me a deep appreciation for how powerful it can be to work with the mind in a more considered and compassionate way.

I later went on to train with Andrew Parr, the therapist I worked with at the time, deepening both my understanding and my approach.

My work is calm, thoughtful, and tailored entirely to you.

Hypnotherapy works by gently accessing the subconscious mind — where many of our patterns, behaviours, and emotional responses are held. By working at this level, we can begin to create meaningful, lasting change.
